Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DuckRadar handles information for monthly SEO action brief reporting.
1. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact details such as name and email address.
- Billing and subscription information processed by Paddle.
- Website domains, competitor domains, money pages, keywords, prompts, and customer notes.
- Google Search Console exports or read-only performance data provided by the customer.
- Support messages and onboarding responses.
- Marketing consent status if a buyer chooses to opt in during checkout.
2. How we use information
We use this information to prepare monthly reports, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve the reporting workflow, and meet legal or compliance obligations. If you opt in to marketing messages, we may also use your contact details to send product updates or related offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
3. Google Search Console data
GSC exports are used to identify search performance opportunities such as queries, pages, impressions, clicks, CTR, and average position. We do not sell GSC data. Do not send personal or sensitive data that is not needed for the report.
4. Payment processing
When Paddle checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
5. Third-party tools
We may use third-party software for email, file handling, analytics, hosting, search checks, and report preparation. We do not sell GSC, GA4, or customer report data. We do not submit raw GSC or GA4 exports to public AI tools.
If a workflow uses an AI, search, hosting, file storage, or analytics provider with customer data, we use it only to provide or improve the reporting service and limit the data shared to what is needed for that workflow.
If Google API access is used, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Retention
Raw report inputs are retained only as long as needed to prepare and support reports, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, dispute, or security reasons. Our target is to delete raw GSC or GA4 exports within 90 days after report delivery or 30 days after cancellation, whichever comes first.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting buyer support. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, dispute, or security reasons.
Marketing messages are optional. If you opted in, you can unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or by emailing support.
