Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for DuckRadar subscriptions.

30-day first-payment refund

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription period, contact us within 30 days of the initial payment and we will instruct Paddle to process a refund to the original payment method.

If we cannot deliver the first report because complete onboarding inputs are not provided, you may request a first-payment refund within 30 days of the initial payment.

Renewal refunds

Renewal payments may be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and the report for that renewal period has not yet been delivered. This does not limit any statutory rights that may apply.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime using the Paddle customer portal link included in Paddle subscription emails, through the DuckRadar customer portal, or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or this policy, cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

How to request a refund

Email support@duckradar.com with the purchasing email address, site domain, and Paddle order ID if available.

Payment processor

For paid subscriptions, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment processing.
