Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DuckRadar, a SaaS reporting tool for monthly SEO action briefs.
DuckRadar is operated under the DuckRadar brand. Buyer support and legal-policy questions can be sent to support@duckradar.com.
1. Service
DuckRadar is a subscription reporting product that analyzes customer-provided website search performance data and produces monthly SEO action briefs. Some report generation, quality review, and formatting may be performed manually as part of operating the reporting product.
We do not provide managed SEO, implementation, content writing, advertising, backlink, or done-for-you marketing services.
2. Subscription and billing
The subscription is $49 per subscribed site per month. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. There is no setup fee unless one is clearly shown before purchase.
For paid subscriptions, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment processing.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through the DuckRadar customer portal.
3. Customer inputs
You are responsible for providing accurate site information, Google Search Console exports or read-only access, competitor domains, money pages, keywords or prompts, and any other agreed inputs needed to prepare the report.
You represent that you have the right to provide data for each submitted website, including client website data. Do not submit third-party data unless you have authority to use it for this reporting service.
4. Delivery
The first report is normally delivered within 5 business days after complete onboarding inputs are received. Later monthly reports are delivered once per billing period while the subscription remains active.
Delivery may be delayed if complete onboarding inputs are missing, inaccurate, or inaccessible.
5. Scope limits
The service provides reporting, analytics summaries, and action recommendations. It does not include SEO implementation, content writing, backlink services, paid advertising, website administration, client calls by default, or full technical audits.
6. No guarantees
Search performance depends on many factors outside our control. Reports are informational recommendations, not guarantees of search performance. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, inclusion in AI-generated answers, or any specific SEO outcome.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to submit unlawful content, third-party data you do not have permission to use, or sensitive personal data that is not needed for the report.
8. Report use
You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations. You may use delivered reports for your own business or client reporting for the subscribed site.
9. Confidentiality
We treat non-public customer inputs and report materials as confidential and use them only to provide, support, and improve the reporting service, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for payment, security, or support operations.
10. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel anytime. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and any applicable statutory rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
